Terms of Service
Effective date: November 3, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CaliforniaCaseReview.com (the "Site"), operated by M&Y Personal Injury Lawyers, 6300 Wilshire Blvd. Suite 807, Los Angeles, CA 90048 ("we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Attorney Advertising
This Site is attorney advertising. CaliforniaCaseReview.com is operated by M&Y Personal Injury Lawyers. A California-licensed attorney is associated for California cases. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
2. No Legal Advice
The content on this Site, including the FAQ, is general information only. It is not legal advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney about your specific situation. Laws, including filing deadlines, vary and change, and some deadlines can be very short.
3. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Using the Site, submitting a form, or calling, texting or emailing us does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when you and a law firm sign a written representation agreement. Until then, do not send confidential or time-sensitive information, and do not assume anyone is protecting your deadlines.
4. Case Review and Referral
When you submit a form, your information is reviewed to see whether your claim may qualify. It may be shared with M&Y Personal Injury Lawyers, the associated California attorney and partner law firms, including Reliance Litigation, which may contact you directly. Submitting a form does not guarantee that any attorney will accept your case. Each case is evaluated on its own facts, and representation may be declined for any reason. Any fees will be set out in a written agreement with the firm that represents you. Accident cases are commonly handled on a contingency fee basis, but the terms are set only by that written agreement.
5. Your Information and Consent to Contact
You agree that the information you submit is true and accurate and that you are at least 18 years old or are the parent or legal guardian of the person you are submitting for. You agree not to submit information about another person without their permission. By checking the consent box and submitting the form, you consent to be contacted as described in the consent language and our Privacy Policy, including by automated calls and texts. Consent is not a condition of any service, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP or emailing support@californiacasereview.com.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: submit false, fraudulent or test information; submit someone else's phone number or email without permission; use bots, scrapers or automated tools on the Site; interfere with the Site's security or operation; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, design, text and graphics are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view the Site for your personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute the content without our written permission.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site uses third-party services (such as hosting and consent verification) and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any information on it is complete or current.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any duty a lawyer owes a client under an actual attorney-client relationship.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. The effective date shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
